The Profiling Process

The first step in the profiling process is to have an individual complete a candidate survey, which usually takes between 5-10 minutes to complete. Processing the report is extremely quick, requiring no paper work and administration. The candidate profile is a powerful, insightful, and easy-to-understand report presented in positive and non-technical language.

Individuals respond with the greatest enthusiasm and fervour to the adjectives on the candidate survey that describe behaviour that is most similar and inherent to their own personalities.

Conversely, individuals respond with the least enthusiasm to adjectives that are furthest from their own repertoire of behaviours. These adjectives are statistically linked to the behaviour traits, which remain stable across different groups of people. These response levels are input into the profiling system and processed through 14,000 calculations to determine the candidate profile.

The candidate profile describes as individual's unique combination of these behavioural traits. The candidate profile is written in clear, easy-to-understand language. No obscure psychological terminology interferes with your ability to discuss the report with the candidate. The candidate profile provides highly accurate insight into the candidate's personality and behavioural tendencies.
